When looking for a way around it, other then trading on margin, some guy on a forum suggested having multiple cash accounts to avoid getting profiled as a PDT and being able to trade everyday since you could have an account for every day of waiting for the 3 business days to finish for another. Not being able to day trade without margin is a pain the the butt and this seems like the only solution I can think of.
